IT Consulting

IT consulting: strategy aligned with the business.

INNSYSTE advises companies in Colombia and Latin America on IT strategy, data, AI automation, and risk, to align technology with the business. It is a layer that runs across every solution: it makes the value of IT visible to senior management and orders decisions before the operation scales.

INNSYSTE offers IT consulting in Colombia and Latin America: PETI (IT strategic plan), IT maturity and governance, data analytics, AI automation, and risk and compliance assessment, with one team from strategy to operation.

Where it starts

What it costs when IT and the business speak different languages.

Technology delivers when decisions are ordered before the operation grows.

Visibility

The value of IT never reaches the boardroom

Technology investment gets discussed as cost because no one translates it into business results.

Decision

The operation scales before decisions are ordered

More tools and vendors, with no governance model to say who decides what.

70%+

of IT budget goes to sustaining what already exists Gartner

Direction

Every project moves forward with no plan connecting it to the rest

Loose initiatives that compete for budget and add up to no shared objective.

Data

Decisions are made without reliable data or a risk map

Each area measures in its own way and no one knows which IT risk weighs most on the business.

Figure from a public industry report.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about IT consulting.

What does INNSYSTE's IT consulting include?

It covers four areas: IT strategy and governance (PETI, maturity, operating model), data and analytics, AI automation applied to processes, and risk and compliance assessment. Each area activates based on the decision the business needs to make, and the same team supports the plan all the way to management.

What is a PETI and what is it for?

The PETI is the IT Strategic Plan (Plan Estratégico de Tecnologías de la Información). It turns business goals into a portfolio of IT initiatives with priorities, dependencies, and owners. It makes every project answer to a shared objective instead of competing with the others for budget.

What do you need to start with analytics or machine learning?

You do not need tidy data. The starting point is knowing which decision you want to improve and which sources feed it. From there data quality is assessed, dashboards are designed, and only then do we weigh whether machine learning adds more than a good dashboard.

When does it make sense to automate a process with RPA or a chatbot?

When the process is repetitive, follows clear rules, and eats team time in tasks prone to error. Before automating, the process is reviewed and optimized, because automating a poorly designed flow only speeds up the problem. Virtual assistants fit where inquiries are frequent and predictable.

How does consulting relate to cybersecurity, privacy, and continuity?

Consulting diagnoses: it assesses risks, runs the business impact analysis (BIA), and defines policies. Implementing an ISMS or MSPI lives in Cybersecurity, data governance in Privacy, and DRP and BCP plans in Continuity. That avoids duplicated work and lets the diagnosis feed each solution.

How does a consulting engagement with INNSYSTE start?

With a 30-minute meeting, at no cost or commitment, where we review your current strategy and run an initial maturity diagnosis. The next step can be a risk map and a prioritized action plan. Target figures for the indicators are set with you at the start of the work.
